Wheel Mouse OCX Control

This is a Mouse Wheel .OCX Control which allows you to connect the wheel to any Control which has an hWnd. Wheel scrolling will fire Scroll Events and if Shift or/and Cntl is pressed while scrolling this will also be returned to the client app permitting you to vary scrolling steps or direction.
