WinPaint

This is a tool that helps you take snapshots of backgrounds or your app, and it lets you save them. Great tool if you need a snapshot of your project when putting them on VBC (this site). I use this on both the TrioSkin and The TrioSkin(Remake) to make a snapshot of them. Plz vote if you like it. May need lil work on it, but it does work.
