WinMoover
This little app lets you move all controls that appear on your screen.
Assumes
When you start the app it appears an icon in the system tray. Double click on it makes a red square to appear under your mouse. If you click on a control, it will move.
Right click to close it.
Side Effects
You should compile it first.
