Windows Folder Monitor

This code wait in a determined folder some event (Create or Delete a file), after this, start some processes.
It´s use __InstanceOperationEvent table of Windows.
On 12/22/2005: I put some comments and made changes on code: Show all properties fo file, know if copy process is realy finished, etc.
