Allows the user to check the username/password combination used to logon to Windows 2000 if the user does not have the SE_TCB_NAME privilege (most users do not).

Inputs
Username, password, domain
Assumes
Code taken from the web - could not find it on PSC. Original by Andrew Baker, as credited in code.
Code Returns
True if username/password match on domain, false if not.
Side Effects
None that I know of.
