Here's a unique program ... Use Notepad to enter a set of test questions or a survey, click the button, and it makes it into an HTML (webpage), displays in your browser. Put the HTML into your webspace and have people take a test online. The results get emailed back to you. Be sure to open the example files included and see the read.me file.
