This app/code uses basic file handling and formatting to open/interpret ASP and HTML files and format them for use in VB's amazing new WebClass technology

Ready to go...just compile and use!

Returns
Returns a formatted TRF file (ASCII text) which you can use to copy and paste into VB for your webclass

Side Effects
Don't try format JavaScript with Rollovers, VB can't interpret the rollover states with only single quotes. (needs double-double quotes)
