VegaCOMM Update
This is a new update to my Internet communications suite that was once called iBBS. As before this version has third party module support to enhance VegaCOMM with new abilities. This update has support for: Chat, Private messaging, File downloading, and a built in mailing system. The GUI is still a work in progress while I concentrate on the main functionality. Read the Readme.txt for important setup information(There is a dll you must compile before running VegaCOMM). There is also a couple accounts already in the users database. Use Access to add new users until I add configuration ability to the server in a future version. This program also uses xml so you will at least need the MSXML2 parser installed which you should have if running IE 5.5 or higher.
