Updated Adjustable Vertical Labels for a graph

I have ATTEMPTED to make an array of vertical text labels for the horizontal axis of a graph. It has variable gap sizes, it can be shifted sideways and it can have up to 26 labels. Sincere thanks to Rob for fixing up the overflow error when increasing the gap size for small numbers of labels. Yipee, Hooray. Big smile!
