This is a Chat Program that uses the UDP Winsock Protocal.

Assumes
Remember that this chat is in the UDP Protocal and not the normal TCP protocal, so you don't need to have a direct connection to the other persons computer.Type /go in the Send Box for a button with a list of "special commands". Nothing fancy though. hehe
