This is a code that will teach you how to make a Windows Theme maker. I made this because in C++ you had to Scroll all the way down to all files on top of that you had to find the folder. You still have to find the folder but the *.theme is in the supported list I was going to sell this program but I think you more Experienced programmers should add or tkae off Items and Sell your version of it you can Change any thing thats why I posted it.
