Test Prng using Diehard 02-May-2012
Generating random numbers does not always produce the results you desire. Numbers that appear to be random may not be truely random. To test random numbers, use a DOS application named Diehard. Read "Using Diehard.pdf" included with this submission and the documentation within this code. Links to Diehard are within the source code.
