This is my first submission to VBC, This is a icq mass spammer you can load proxys and use different names and everything for totaly anonymouse spamming. You can also load uins from a txt instead of adding them in one at a time, I hope this helps some of you because I dont think ive ever seen a mass icq spammer on here, If you like this code vote on it and please comment. l8
