This is an attempt to have text to speech feature on a notepad. Handles text files 64k.
Can speak the entire file or selected text only or from the cursor to the end of the text file

Inputs
Based on VB sample notepad application integrated with Speech API.

Returns
Handles text files 64K only.

Side Effects
requires Speech engine installed on the machine. Downloadable from microsoft site
