This is a complete E-Mail programm with the possibility to send Attachements (Base64). The Base64-Encoding routine is very fast and I tested it with different E-Mail Servers! I also include a comfortabel routine to select the Attachement!
Inputs
If you are able to use a normal E-Mail Application, I think you should also be able to use this program!
