ScrollBox OCX (Updated)

Synchronizes a ScrollBar with a TextBox, so that you don't have to. You can have either a Verticle ScrollBar, or a Horizontal ScrollBar, and you can set the Min, Max, SmallChange, LargeChange properties too.
This is also a good way to find out how to make ActiveX controls too!
