Quick Palette Control UPDATE
This is my revised version of Quick Palette, which is used in WEB MESSENGER 3, the reason I have re-uploaded it is because I have made a few nice new features to it, please rate it, and comment on it. It is very very similar to Adobes Photoshop palette.
