The ocx will buid simple sql queries

There is a lot of room for enhancements on this control. Please comment if you have any suggestions on how to make the criteria selection more user friendly.

Side Effects
When adding the criteria for a query (WHERE) the full table names and field names must be supplied. This is only relevant if there is more than one table involved.
