Plot Points on a Cartesian Plane

To plot points on a adjustable scaled Cartesian Plane. The points are in a text file. You can create multiple text files with different points. A starting point for a graph program, with some adjustable settings for line widths and lengths. One could add color selection, zoom and other features like dragging of points and clicking on the graph to add points directly. Hippeeee, this is my 50th upload this year. Enjoy.
