Outlook Style Dayview Control Update 1

This is the first update to the Outlook Dayview control. Check the readme.txt file for a complete list of changes. Briefly: mouse highlighting has been disabled (for now) and you can now save appointments to an Access database.

Side Effects
There should be no side effects. I try to be very careful to destroy objects. The API calls should not result in any memory leaks (but tell me, please, if you find any!)

API Declarations
A buttload. Check the code. It's mostly graphics.
