Assumes
Online testing and certification is a program which can be used to conduct objective test in computer institute. In this program you can set priviliges to an user . administrator can add,modify,delete test, generate test, create users, etc. It is not complete efficent test generator but average test generator . It needs a modification for making it a good one.
It generate a test in sequence . It should generate ques. in random order for each student but currently this feature is not added. I'll do that in next version.
