Mod To Carles, P.V. Scrollbar

This is a modification to the Scrollbar control submitted by Carles, P. V. His excellent control has a pvOnPaint routine which gives all the info needed to customize the colors on the TopLeftArrow, BottomRightArrow, TopLeftTrack, BottomRightTrack, and the Thumb. Note: None of my mods/additions have any effect unless Style is set to CustomDraw. Enjoy.
