 Place this code on the timer:
     Private Sub Timer1_Timer()
     Label1.Caption = Time
     End Sub
3) Place this code on the Form_Load action:
     Private Sub Form_Load()
     Label1.Caption = Time
     End Sub

Note: Timer Interval must be set to 1000
