LED (20 Wires)

A more complex LED UserControl. uses a hacthwork of 20 'wires' to draw numbers/UpperCase letters. Another spin-off of the LED clock challange , but not in the running way more code than absoutely necessary (if no where near 64000 lines). Please feel free to adapt for yourself. Lots of comments in the UserCOntrol should help modifications/additions.
