This is a transiting handshake that can be used internally between two communicating components that must in time or overall length of occurrence stay steady with respects to the proposed type of handshake that can be appropriated to either invisible component to the other's. This doesn't use global memory (other then a clock or time) and it can be coupled nicely with a hash rounds for a hearty breakfast or just to further infuse the initiating handshake.
