This program detect if your internet connection is active or not... yah there are some programs doing that... the diference is, this program is ready to run, uses TTS technology (Text To Speech) to alert you in real time about you internet status, and have icon in SystemTray (Thanks to: Michael Hollifield, by SysTray control code).
