SetSuspendState True, True, True

Found it from the Start-Run rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll, SetSuspendState which does the same thing.  I tested it on my machine and it works.  You must have hibernation support.  Turn it on in Control-Panel Power Options hibernate tab.  What does hibernate do?  It is like suspend but better.  It saves your current system state, then shutsdown your computer.  When you turn back on you wait about 15 seconds and your back up and running right where you left off.  I have been using it since Windows 2000 and have never had a problem with it.
