Learn how to create a set of X Y axes on a picture box, with a whole number Cartesian system from -13 to 13. I also made a set of centered axes and created some crosshairs that follow the mouse cursor. I aligned the X and Y axis labels horizontally (in code), but I could not work out how to align them vertically using vb code. I would like to know how to ADD SOME OFFSET DYNAMIC LABELS that show the x and y ordinates on the TOP and Right side ends of the Blue and Green crosshair lines (if anyone could possibly help out?). Also how would one go about labeling the x and y values ALONG THE SIDE EDGES of the picture box?
