GPS - local time Summer/Winter(Ro)

After a long time research and search on this site, I managed to realize this program, which aims to "read" data from a GPS (NMEA code). Search software automatically performs a port that is connected to GPS, and shows only a few "elements" of all the information from incoming lines from satellites. I realized also account for summer time - winter. it's just the begining :) i use from this site: software GPS - NMEA how to calculate Easter date - Paul Bahlawan 2012 and how to search data from serial port.
