Give your VB App Win XP's Visual Theme without a Manifest File or Source Code

Visual Basic applications doesn't have Windows XP's Visual Themes, so with a Resource File included in the Zip, you can do it!, you just add it to any project, compile EXE and see the results! Easy?
PD: This doesn't use a Manifest File in the app directory, this is just a resource file that i have found in some Windows Programs, like Notepad...
