Ive seen a lot of base converters on VBC, but most of them are limeted to only base 2(binary),8(octal),10(decimal), and 16(hexadecimal). Or they only convert from base 10 to another base. This program will convert Any number of any base to any other base up to 200. Plus it is very easy to understand and only 15 lines of code, could even be tweaked to convert to base 256.
