Dynamically Split a Straight Line into Equal Sections

After finishing my other straight line drawing program (counting mouse clicks) I realized that I could split the line into sections. This line drawing program relies on mouse drags rather than counting mouse clicks. A "World Wide" Merry Christmas Greeting to all VB Planet users.
