Dynamically Plot Points on a 1D NumberLine

Use a couple of arrays to plot points on a one dimensional number line. Has a beginning and ending scale setting that you can adjust. I may add extra features in the future. This is just a simple example of how to do linear 1 dimensional plotting. Enjoy.
