Dynamic Color RTF Using XML

The excellent code by Anthony Dunleavy on Dynamically Colorizing a Rich Text Box (https://www.vbcoders.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?lngWId=1&txtCodeId=25915) inspired me to create my own using XML. I used a class module to monitor the Rich Text Box and allow for Starting Values, Ending Values, Colors and whether or not the Keyword can span words.
