Create a file association so files with a give extension will be automatically opened by your application

Inputs
extension, application name, application location
Assumes
Usage: CreateAssociation "xxx", "MyApp", "c:\MyApp.exe" the "xxx" is the extension, the "MyApp" is the name of your application, the "c:\MyApp.exe" is the location of your application
