Used to register and unregister OCX and DLL files for use with Visual Basic 5.0 and other programming languages that support OCXs and DLLs.
Assumes
Careful what controls and dlls you unregister, as they may be necessary for Windows operation, or for Visual Basic to run.
Side Effects
Registering controls and dlls allows them to be accessed by Visual Basic 5.0, and other programming languages that utilize OCX and DLL files.
Unregistering them makes them unusable by Windows.
