Normal Common Dialogs are not able to get multiple filenames and look win98-like. This one does. Note: THIS DOES NOT WORK IN WINDOWS ME.

Look to the code on the form, there are a few things that have to be on the form where the Common Dialog is placed on. Note: THIS DOES NOT WORK IN WINDOWS ME.
