When users are tabbing on a form they can lose track of where they are, I have written a com object that highlights the control with the focus

Inputs
None, You just have to put the line of code in the gotfocus events of whatever controls you want to highlight

Assumes
You can either use it as a com object or copy the Public Sub into a Global Module
