Create Web Frame Pages, by writing the code to 46 different templates, and displays the necessary HTML code. It then gives you the option to save to frame.html or copy to the clipboard.

User should be HTML aware and be at least at the intermediate level of writing HTML code to understand what this program produces.

Returns
HTML code for a Frame page, or the frame page already written and saved as a web page.
