Basic Proxy

BASIC proxy server, suitable to only one connection at download time. I wrote this code to simplyfy the other examples i found. This code is slighty buggy and sometimes if you refresh repeatedly it will mostly likely crash, but it does work!!!

Side Effects
Possible Memory leaks, (When using multi Load WinSock(WinSock.UBound+1) )

API Declarations
No API's Altho i may end up using API,, may be too fiddly
