Reads information about your internet/network and displays send/recieved bytes and speed and puts the information in to a graph chart.
Assumes
The modules/classes for the network information.. not mine; found them somewhere on the web a long long time ago; same as used in some other meters on planet source code. The whole project was just something made out of some old source I once made.
Side Effects
You can speed up the timer so it updates faster and the icon's in the system tray work better but it will eat more cpu .. vb just sucks :)
