ASCII, Binary, Hexadecimal, Octal Converter

This program can take text and put out the ASCII, Binary, Octal, and Hexadecimal code for it, it can also return ASCII and Binary code to text

Inputs
When taking Binary code back to Text it only allows 8 binary digits, or one regular character, I havn't been able to fix that problem. Yes, I really am only a beginner, I did have a math teacher help me with the math conversions abit.
