This Dll is just an expansion upon the previous submission to create .xls without having Excel on the machine. It allows an ADO recordset to be turned into a spreadsheet, with some formatting controls (borders and allingment). It also allows floating point values to be added, the conversion routine was nicked from VBC, and is left pretty much untouched from the submission found here.

Assumes
The recordset should be static type, and no more than 255 columns should be used. The overflow probelm has now been corrected
