Add to WINDOWS POPUP Menus

If you want to include your program name to the pop-up menus (the one that opens when you click the right button :) ) in windows.
It adds currently when you right-click the START BUTTON, in WINDOWS EXPLORER and the "My Computer" Icon. If you have anything to add please send me a copy.

Inputs
Program Name/Path and (Intended key name - not yet implemented).

Returns
adds to the registry... right-click start button, the "my computer" icon and in the windows explorer to see.
