A Easy Login Update

This is a Login program that you can easily put into your program... It lets you make a new name/password or put in a previous name/password to login. After pressing the Login button you will get a message of "Login Successful!" if your name/password match, if they dont you will get "Login Unsuccessful". This uses a database and searches for the name and matches it with its password (if login is successful)...
Now you cant get logged in by leaving the fields blank and after any number of tries (any number you put) It will close automatically.
